3.7.10 - Switching from Ventrilo to TeamSpeak 3

Yes. Really.

Ventrilo expires on the 20th of March (or the 21st?) and I'm not renewing it. We are switching to a locally hosted Team Speak 3 server, which will have many, many more slots for our members and guests, and is better than the current Ventrilo.

It's also way more user friendly.
